This home was a true work of art, consisting of two livable dwellings meant that families could combine, provide for their parents or provide a side income. My vendors were understandably nervous to list their family home of many many years due to the lack of comparable homes ever existing in the market.

We utilized day and dusk photos to show the prestige of the home, along with drone footage to accentuate the incredible view.
