9 Grant Street was a lot of fun! It is very rare that rentals in this area of Dunedin pop up in the market.

To start the process I recommended water blasting and washing the exterior panels, touching up the paint job, clearing the paths and tidying up the garden. First impressions are everything! The photo's we present to the world are what brings possible buyers to Open Homes, we did two photo shoots here to ensure the property was showcased as impressively as possible, utilising drone footage as well.

The fact that the property was currently rented was the only hurdle that needed to be jumped. 7 young professionals all with different work schedules made the preparation and execution of Open Home's a bit of a juggling act, the most important factor with rentals is understanding this is the tenants home. So by creating a great relationship with them and respecting their wants and needs we were able to work together for a fantastic outcome.
